My sister is 14 and is 5'0 tall and weighs 120 pounds.She wants to know if that is a ok weight for her age and height. Should she lose weight?
What do you all think? Please help us out.
That is a healthy weight for her age/height especially bearing in mind that she will still be going through puberty. If she is unhappy with her body then getting involved with an exercise that she enjoys eg. swimming could help her tone up a little but there is absolutely nothing wrong with that weight for her.
