In most instances it's a reflex action and means little if anything at all.

I have a class of 9 ladies aged between 22 and 46 in a small classroom and I stand in front of them for 3 hours at a time.

If I had a penny for every time one of them looked at my crotch I could retire.

Ok ok, but maybe I'd make an extra few pounds per lesson.
