A couple weeks ago, when we were getting our report cards, my teacher asked me why my report card wasn't in there and I told him it was because I didn't pay my school fees. He told that I was a bad girl, very bad girl, such a very bad girl. I'm the only girl in the class by the way. Then a few days later, I was 3 seconds late for class and he was like, "Bad girl!" I think that is pretty weird.

I wouldn't take it seriously.. like yeah, that was definitely flirting but I don't think he expected anything to come of it.

It does, however, depend on the way they said it but I think from what you said, even if they were flirting, I don't believe he expected anything from it other than mild shock on your part.
