HELL YES. When nobody else is at home that is the perfect time to be naked without other people having to look at your disgusting nerd body. I'd say it would actually be more abnormal not to take advantage of the fact that nobody else is around.

Do whatever pleases you in privacy. I've gone around with just an oversized T-shirt at times when home alone. It's just more comfortable.

Heck, why limit it to the house, what about the back yard or even the front yard for that matter. I do it all the time, if my roommate were gone I would walk around nude in my dorm all the time, and when he was gone, I did.
