1 lasagnia or any italian dish with lots of fatty cheese and meat in it.

Snack:
2 bars of chocolate
1 apple pie
fried wings
Dinner:
pizza with pepperoni and extra meat with 3 cheese
one kids meal
Snack:
cookies and full fat milk
