My friend lives around many people who have kids, and many of them are f**ked up and have been sexualised and are always thinking about it, particularly two boys. My friend a a kind person who lets them up his house to play playstation and watch movies, but when they are here they start touching him and acting promiscuious and talk about sex and everything. he doesnt have a 'spine', so he doesnt tell them they cant come up he just says he will. NOTE: He is absolutely 0% interested in them sexually.

Let's clarify some things a bit. So these boys were molested is that what you are saying? So now they are gay, and are trying to hit on your friend who is 100 heterosexual?

Your friend sounds like a classic pedophile and his justifying his behaviour by claiming that the "kids are coming on to him". He shouldn't be hanging around young boys at all.
