nervous around guys!

Ok so ive noticed that whenever i talk to a guy i like, or lets say a guy holds my hand or anything that has to do with getting close to the opposite sex, i shake. Its like im so nervous i cant help it. And its my entire body. It's not like a violent shake but it doesnt seem normal to me. I dont know why i get so nervous. Im scared it'll show or they'll be able to feel it. Is this normal?

yes it is normal. there is no need to be nervous. it is human nature to be nervous, scared or a little anxious around the opposite sex, especially when you are young and have not been dating a lot. hang in there it will pass

I used to be like that around guys but now I just stare at them like they are retarded because I only get creepy looking guys or stalkers who try to talk to me usually.
