Randomly enough Ive often thought about this (I have far too much time on my hands!) and apparently there are colours out there that we cant see. There is a certain species of sea creature, which i cant remember the name of, that has receptors in its eye to view extra colours. Its also believed birds see colours we do not aswell.
But back to the original question.... I cannot imagine what they would look like.

animals that can see different colours are just able to visualise a greater range of the electromagnetic spectrum which means they see aspects of UV or Infra-red.
It's impossible to imagine a new colour because imagining it would be based upon colours you already know but of course a new colour would be completely different.
