I guess that appears quite unpleasant and weird to you. I don't know much about why is it so small but I suppose it will eventually get larger because after all, you aren't fully developed yet.
However, there is no need to be embarrassed about it. Other guys might laugh and stuff but the truth is, girls don't think a penis' size is important AT ALL as long as they love the boy.
