Very normal. America has a massive amount of mexicans who refuse to adapt to our language. The corperations on make it worse by making english speakers press 1 when we call for customer service and putting all spanish bilboard sighns up so english speakers cannot read them. America is going down the shitter.

We need to have a vote and see which native American tongue we will use since ,yes,we have been here many many years without picking up the language.

I think it a bit sad, I is now normal for many English speakers to just live ina country and speak English. Im kind of bad at Spanish, but If I went to any country and lived there I would try and force myself to pick up the language.

The U.S. Government, and the private sector has a lot of guilt on that. I am from the U.S. Territory of Puerto Rico. Our Language is Spanish, but when we move to the USA we have to learn English, and adapt to the American Culture, and speak English.

The problem is that the government, and corporations allow to the immigrants to do what they want. So if they don't speak English the government will make their life easy. You know, putting up signs in Spanish or having costumer service lines in Spanish etc...

I want to see those idiots going to other countries like France, Italy, and some other European countries where if one doesn't speak the language or adapt to their culture, well they are screwed because the will be kick in their ass,and sent back to their country.

Why is so difficult to the USA to do the same thing? Why the USA has to put up with that crap, and allow immigrants to do what they want?

Isn't the USA a country where the government exist to work for their tax payers, and citizens? As far I can see our government is working to protect, and do what illegals want, and screwing their own citizens.

no way no one has the right to say well your not like us enough you have to leave if you can function in a country then you should live there as for people speaking Spanish in America grow up oh no its so terrible i my kids may have to learn a second language even though it wont hurt them in any way and could definitely lead to lucrative positions in high paying companys im so angry about it. this debate makes no sense to me
