It is normal if it's temporary.

If it's not temporary, just tell yourself it is and go and do something useful.

There are trade schools, part time work or volunteer if money is not a concern. Many other things.

Lots of sh*t to do esp at a tender 23YO.

No, this is not normal, what you need to do is try to find a job instead of staying home and wondering if your condition is normal or not.
