You proably have ocds along with other anxiety disorders i had to be home schooled 4 a while because my ocds were soo bad contact a psyciatrist and therapist they may be able to help things like this are ussally chemical embalances and can b improved with meds

I used to have the same problem. Then I learned to relax--only to lose two fingers to the TP tube monster.

I do that sometimes but not to the same extent as you appear to. I think you just feel that there is an inherent danger in everything, and that's the case because you never know what could happen. that said if you never take any risks and you just sit at home with the blinds closed all day, then you're not really living and that's no better than facing the problems of the world

You have a type of Paranoid Schizophrenia. You are scared or paranoid the entire world is after you. Something bad must of happened to you when you were young. Besides talking to a Therapist, I suggest being around protective people you trust. Try your best to feel safe, or you will be that way forever.

Look, I will help you here, for starters, windows: Close the curtains or get blinds, it's more likely that an aeroplane will crash on your house than a window shatter itself. OK now you'll be scared of the aeroplane, but that is like 1% chance of that happening. 2. The bunny probably won't bite you and if it does it probably won't be-able to bie hard enough to make you bleed. If it does, go to the doctor, he (or she) is there to help. 3.You can't drown in sand and someone will find you if your hurt and help you. 4. Not using toilet paper is unhygenic and there is nothing in the tube I assure you. Just look in the tube if you are that scared and if there IS something in there, make a run for it. 5. Nope. You arent paranoid, nor did you see to many movies. Your problems is much more complex than that. You are a nerd, yet you desire friends and found emoism. You are simply an immature emo nerd.
