--Who defines what is "retarded"? Is it an IQ of 60? 70? 80? 90?
--Who defines "disabled"? Is it being blind? Deaf? HIV ? Diabetic?
--Who defines "aged"? Is it being 50? 60? 70? 80? Perhaps your own grandparents (or even parents) already qualify in this area.

No society will ever find everyone in agreement on these definitions. And while some people do seem to place more of a strain on society's resources than others, mass execution hardly seems to be an intelligent or humane solution.
