I find eating constantly(3 meals/day) isa waste of time and dont especially like tasty food. I usually consume 5 quick meals/week and never snack. Im not anorexic adn have never had dizzy spells or lacked energy.
Do you think it's normal?

I think you should eat a little more. It is normal though. Eventually your body will get used to the amount of food your eating. Just be watchful of how much weight you lose. Don't wanna die of starvation with food everywhere.
5 quick meals a day is reccomended it helps you loose weight quicker bacause it boosts your metabilism
Bad for you, you aren't getting anywhere near the serving amounts you need daily. You should definitely break the habit.
Don't know if this is healthy, but I think this is common in people with focused personalities.
