Notorious Sleeping Habbits

Hi,
I have always had weird sleeping habits (including sleep walking and talking). Recently, however, I have been experiencing something which I would describe as an intermediate state between consciousness and dreaming, and entirely different from any sleep walking I have experienced before. I will randomly shoot up out of bed, as if I have something to do. I never quite fully understand what this something is, but I always have this feeling of urgency. What is probably even stranger for most people is that I often find myself fixated on certain objects in the room, and I have even been convinced of people being with me in my room (there aren't). I am beginning to wonder if I am possessed, in which case I may have to call Bill Murray to get his professional advice. Also, when this happens it never has any relevance to how I am feeling or what I have done before sleeping, it seems completely random. Anyways, are these sleeping experiences normal? Thanks.
Do you think it's normal?

Bill Murray will help you. I like Bill Murray too! In bed, it's ok to jump up, but maybe people need to sleep together?
Are you on any kind of medication?

I really don't think you're possessed, but you seem to be a little on the delusional side. I'd suggest therapy.

I had a dream once where i was in a fight but just as i went to hit 'em i woke up and hit the wall T_T it hurt
I'd definitely call Bill Murray, even if the problem goes away it's a good excuse. Once I heard that Bill Murray was going to be on an all-star celebrity poker thing with a load of z-list celebs, but it turned out to be some actor who used to be on a crappy soap who was actually called Billy Murray. I was so disappointed, bastards lied to me!
You are not posessed. No such thing.

I suspect it more your body has woken up but your subconcious is still awake, something like that.

If it's a problem, see a psychiatrist.
could be some medicine or maybe eating to close to bedtime.many things.

one note---my sister suddenly started sleepwalking and come to find out our stepdad had been touching her.so it could be something weighing on your mind also.good luck.
