Ever since I was young all I have ever done is just constantl think. I know that is normal but I've realised I think too much, and instead of expressing it or telling someone I keep ot to myself.

Lately I've noticed random mood swings, I would be on top of the world if something good happens but a small tiny thing gets me thinking negatively then all of a sudden I hate myself and I go into silent mode and turn anti-social.

I don't know if this is normal or I could have a mentl disorder, which really worries me. Could there be an obsessive thiking disorder???
Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do you think it's normal?

Yes, actually...One can think too much for sure. There is a natural remedy for that called White Chestnut Flower Essence: http://www.rainbowcrystal.com/bach/bfr/wc.html

If you are not able to get your mood swings under control, you might want to look into bi-polar (aka "manic depression") disorder. This can be treated with drugs or naturally.

I recommend always opting for natural treatments first to try to bring oneself back into a healthy balance. Diet and exercise can play a big role too. True healing can be obtained holistically with lifestyle changes and natural treatments.

Drug therapies however are often just a crutch that treats the symptoms, but does not heal the root of the problem.

Either way, imbalances are normal. Just seek healing and treatment for yourself before it gets worse. It is not normal for it to get out of control. You do not want to live a miserable life with dysfunctional relationships in which you end up hurting yourself or others, then go ahead and address the problem now in it's early stages.
I can totally relate.
I used to be like that since I was 16. But, are you sure you're not depressed or mad about something? troubles at home or with friends maybe?
Cause I was unhappy that time.. till I realized those tiny things that upset me are not really worth thinking about anymore
TOTALLY NORMAL!! i think ALL the time, my mind NEVER takes a rest! HAHAH
Same thing happens to me, thoughts just get scattered and then bleakness takes over ... just wanna chill by myself when it happens
