Well, there is a thing called confidentiality. Although the medical profesion is aware of their existence, they cannot approach them other than by breaching the code of ethics.
The number is derived from those who have caught it from some one who is not having treatment, not been diagnosed and therefore are un aware. It really isn't too hard to work it out if you have half a brain. There is also a small adjustment made.

As far as the medical field goes. Yes, there is definetly confidentiality. In my opinion everyone should have a physical every year, just to be on the the safe side. With so many std's out there, Why aren't ppl using protection? We are not invincible! Working in the medical profession, I'm amazed at the number of individuals that don't practice safe sex. It's ridiculous the number of children that are concieved let alone all of the diseases that are spread. It only takes one time!! Think about your family and friends it is worth a few seconds of pleasure? Do you want to give a life of heartache to others?

Well nearly, slack has seemed to have convinced you that I'm him. I'm sure he finds great pleasure in having done so. If you look at my profile, I would thinks it's obvious that I don't even choose the same posts as he does. Other that last night. If there was a way I could prove I'm not him I would.
