hell yess, i was like that with a girl i used to hang out with that i liked but she wasn't even my girlfriend, i was actually hoping that i could get into a situation where i could defend her. i liked this girl so much that i would take a bullet for her, it's my motivation every time i'm at the gym

Yes its normal to want to protect your girl if the need arises but to actually look forward to doing I think may be bordering on posessivness and could lead to extreme jelousy issues dont get this issue clouded just go with the flow and feel comfort in the knowledge your ready to defend her if needed but dont dwell on it as something you have to do just do it if the need arises

Im a girl and my boyfriend takes what you are describing to the extreme! It started out kind of cute but now his possessiveness is seriously pushing me away. He wants to like beat on any other guy that even gives me a hug. All im saying is dont let it get too out of hand..girls like to feel safe with their man but we are not made of glass. Just make sure you find a nice balance with your protectiveness and im sure whatever girl you are with will highly appreciate and respect you for it.

yeah ive read about in on the net and in books. guys sometimes experience an overwhelming protection towards girls they care about, from defending her against people in her business to worrying if she'll trip over that rock over there.

It's actually very natural for a guy. But be very careful to mind yourself. Don't overdo it. If you overdo it, the girl may feel that you are condecending and that would be a turnoff. I learned that by expirience.

its normal i have the same feeling just dont be to protective..If u want to intimate the guys take the MMA classes or boxing.. thats what i do...but good luck
