I've never heard of it before, but since you had it, it's probably normal. In my experience, sexual fantasies shouldn't be repressed, but embraced. If you can find a willing partner, why not? If you want to get off about it, go ahead!

Urine is sterile, so therefore fairly unharmful. You can even drink it in emergencies! However, if you have an infection, or if there is any bacteria or viruses, in your urine at all, this may cause complications. So although generally this will not result in anything, be sure that you've weighed the idea incase it does.

Urine is sterile but it's acidic and a woman's vagina has a delicate balance of bacteria that shouldn't be upset or it can cause infection. Peeing inside a woman is not okay. The male reproductive system secretes a basic solution into the urethra upon ejaculation to neutralize any acidic urine which may have been left behind.

It is impossible to do anyways. You cannot pee while aroused and good luck trying to prove me wrong.

To prove a point though, my girlfriend actually had a fantasy of me peeing in her so she did lots of research and after trying with lots of failure, I can honestly say it is impossible.
