okay everytime i go to sleep peeing is the last thing i have to do. if i go somewhere else throughout the else and i try to laydown then i will have to pee again

Yeah same. Sometimes I would pee thinking I'm about to sleep, then chat or something on messenger or maybe watch TV and just before I sleep I have to pee again, although I just did 15 minuets ago.

I think its normal, maybe we have always been told to pee before sleeping when we were younger all the time to prevent bed wetting and it has just become an unconscious habit because of it

yoh i have NEVERR once wet the bed nor was told to pee b4 bed.. and fuck i gotta pee b4 bed too! if i dont.. i gotta.. theres just no way around it.. my ocd kicks in.. lol

I do this. Every night, it's the last thing I do, and if I don't, I'll just have to get up and do it. Even if I really don't have to go, I can't sleep unless I pee first.

XD Totally normal, I have to pee before I try to sleep, there's just this nagging 'I gotta' feeling in the back of my mind! No worries, man. :P

HAHA I thought I was the only one who had to do this. My girlfriend teases me; she can go an hour before bed and not have to go again until after she's had coffee the next morning. I have to go in the middle of the night 4 hours after falling asleep and then go again the second I wake up in the morning. IT SUX
