The hair where? Just jokin. That's so sweet though. It's a lovely thing for a guy to show his tender side. It will mean a lot to any girl you go out with (unless she's obssessed with keeping her locks perfect, in which case drop her quickly), because they will interpret it as it means you care.

Simple as this: "I like your hair. Can I touch it?" You will get a yes or no.
