If you plan to have sex with it or teach it to have sex with you, then no, that's beastly! If you want it to eat your garbage and tin cans and shit for a joke to entertain your friends then that's cool.

Goats are nature's lawnmower. It is normal to not want to mow the lawn, therefor you are normal.

My aunt owned two pigmy goats. It is perfectly normal to have a goat as a pet. It's not common, but it is normal.

Goats don't eat grass. They will prune the hell out of the neighbors rose bushes, as I found out. Sheep will eat grass, and the females' genitalia looks more human.
