Okay so I have pimples on my back, and I use this clean and clear stuff on it, and it helps, but sometimes it gets bad, and I'm very self conscious of this. I having pimples on your back normal? Is it normal to feel this way?
okay first off...it has nothing to do with how often you wash. so dont listen to people that say you are not clean enough. you may need medication to stop the overgrowth of bacteria. what acne really is, is your skin overeacting to bacteria on the skin. I DO HAVE ANOTHER BIT OF ADICE THAT SEEMS TO WORK THOUGH. Most doctors will tell you to stay out of the sun if you have acne especially if you are on meds for it BUT i found that if you take the sun (maybe in your back yard if you feel bad about doing it in public) it clears up faster. It will dry up your skin and the tan will toughen swollen or raw skin. Ocean water also helps.
yes you should make an attempt to dry it out.. ive learned that there are quite a few things that dry your skin such as rubbing alcohol and toothpaste (though i dont advise this for your back lol). But sun hmmm it isnt good for your skin overall.. i mean overexposure to it.
Actually i was wondering about a similar problem myself. when i was younger i used to have this... well it seemed alot like acne, on my arms.. it wasnt quite, it was sort of a bumpy rash under the skin. it didnt itch, it didnt hurt, it was just there. My mom had it and her father had it, and my older brother still has it.. but i outgrew it luckily. do u think it could be hereditary? take care
yeah just make sure not to wear too tight of clothing because when you do your skin doesn't breathe well therefore clogging your pores. alot of teens get this, it's nickname is "backne", it rhymes with acne.
right I'm gunna get straight to this, I had the most horrific spot problem, long hair doesn't help but anyway... I went to my Doc and told them I had used all the stuff they show on TV and weird myths but none worked. within 5 mins she subscribed some kinda lotion thingy for me, its got like zinc and stuff in it I dunno, but I've only had it for a month or 2 and I am clear, back smooth, I've got 1 or 2 on my face but hell, who doesn't. I would seriously recommend this, its super cheap and easy to apply.
Pimples on the back are fairly common. It's because sweat usually runs down your neck and onto your back. I have it too, and it's annoying. I'd recommend sitting outside in the sun and tanning your back. The sun helps to disinfect bacteria and dry off some of the pimples
mine was really bad and disgusting but the skin medicine made it go away in a few weeks
