Ok, pee is ONE thing, at least it's sanitary. Poo on the other hand isn't and contains MANY dangerous germs, especially if ingested or you go from one hole to another hole be it mouth, butt or vagina without either the guy washing himself off or changing condoms. Scat sex isn't normal which is why it's known as a taboo fetish. However, there are people out there who enjoy it, why would they? I have NO clue. Try something else that's fun, role-play, sex toys, role-reversal...anything but scat sex.

It is icky indeet to most, including myself.

However, neither is particularly dangerous. Urine is sterile and, if you have been with your significant other long enough, you will have almost identical intestinal microflora (bacteria) and will not be infected by each others.
