Okay, so I've been skating for at least five years now and am pretty good. I don't throw the word "poser" around because that's just a part of the skateboarding culture that people have to accept. My problem is when fat, white-trash girls where skateboard brand clothes. I don't mind cute girls or even normal-sized guys wearing an Element shirt, but when I see some heavy-set girl in one I get pissed.
Any skateboarders out there feel me on this one? If you don't skate I'm sure you will probably just skip this, but at least put yourself in our shoes and make your best guess on how you would feel.

What is the different between a fat ass non-skater and an anorexic non-skater? If they aren't skaters they shouldn't be wearing it period.

i skate alot, it's a good way to get around...but i don't do tricks. are you going to make fun of me? any how most 'skate' clothes suck anyway. there must be a few fat skaters out there, can they wear the ugly clothes? they can have my share.

Grow up, it doesn't matter what clothes people wear. I regularly see people wearing sports gear to the pub, and they just haven't come from the gym/football/rugby field.
