Problems
I have a drunken neighbor that likes to drink and drive a lot, which is okay (I do it sometimes too), but he crashes into things when he’s drunk. Well last week he crashed into my fence and ended up passing out in the middle of my yard and in the process of all this, my dogs ended up getting out of the yard, so I had to search for them for the next few days after this event. They are hounds, and we have plenty of deer and woods around here, so they took off on a scent and I just finally got them all back. Well my problem is that my neighbor is now totally pissed off at me for yelling at him, and he refuses to fix my fence. So now I need to keep the dogs inside all the time and they are constantly chewing everything up in the trailer. What should I do about this situation? I want things to be cool between us, because he’s a nice guy and all, but he really needs to fix my fence. I can’t afford to do it myself.

drinking and driving should not be acceptable to anyone today you should ring the police and tell them befor he kills someone

Well if this guys needs to come to terms that you getting mad hat him for wrecking your fence was the least of his worries he should be happy you didnt call the law on him. He has to fix your fence, it might be to late to get the law envolved in it but its the right thing to do. If he doesnt come to terms with this you better remind him that you could have called the law. I dont believe this is real.

Oh come on if you are a pot user then you have drove and smoked or drove after smoking. Your telling me you have never went over to a friends house and smoked then drove home? LoL yeah right. I'll admit Ive drove drunk many times and yes it was stupid and yes I deserved to get arressted for it. I can admit that, you cannot.
