im freekishly good about doing weird things like pulling the name im thinking of out of a hat or picking up the card im thinking of out of a deck. Ive never heard of anything like this, infact this sorta freaks me out! I saw a ghost once of my own in my back yard when ui was about six. All i saw a green floating thing. the next day i looked all around there wasnt anything i could have mistacted it for. that really freaked me out but i think its what gave me my "powers". I dont see why your friend is the only one who would see these figures. i really cant help you sorry! All i know is im ganna have nightmares tonight!

dude.. your friend has whats called schizophrenia he needs to see a psychologist immediatly and steer clear from any and all illegal drugs because they will fuck his brain up permanently. Your friend needs to get prescribed medication or he will slip deeper and deeper into this psychotic state as he grows older. This is extremely urgent, had a friend with the same problem, now he's locked up. This is not a joke.

This does happen to people, and believe me it's not fun. One of my friends feels hands touching her at night and feels like they're trying to drag her out of her bed.

If you ever wondered why children usually see things that adults don't, there is an actual scientific reason. There is a gland in the brain called the pineal gland which produces a substance called dimethyltriptamine which makes people see these things and helps with our creativity. As we get older our pineal gland gets all clogged up with toxins and crap from our bad lifestyles, chemicals, fluoride etc and our brains don't produce as much of this substance, except some adults continue to. I think that could be where the term 'trippy' comes from.

nope i can honestly say i have seen my greatgrandads spirit but i never met him and i described him exactly to my mam and i can speak to him but some people do have a gift so i would belive him i used to talk to people when i was little i had a friend called mary she was so nice she died in world war 2she got shot (medic) and no 1 was their to save her. havent seen her i a while :(

Although i do believe in the supernatural, I think he's suffering from a mental problem. Schitzophrenia. or something simialr to it. trust me I've been in that "weird" state. I have a highly imaginative mind, so i understand. To confuse reality with imagination is easily done with hallucinations.
He should see a doctor. a psychologist, psycitrist or therapist. some professional dealing in this area.
