i am 15, i have pubic hairs and some armpit hairs, but my face looks young and my voice is isnt deep yet, is this normal??

That is completely normal, some people are late bloomers and some are early bloomers. You are just a late bloomer, lots of people are. You will catch up in time. Theres nothing to worry about.

No it might not be that normal! if you get your period then it is cuz some girls dont get therer period till there 16 and that is a problem so it could be that.....but you said you have SOME armpit hair i dont think that is normal
