Instead of shaving my bikini line, I pluck it because then I don't get razor burn, and they grow back slower. Is this normal?

You have come upon the solution to a problem that you feel best suits your needs.This is a normal aspect of the human condition. I agree with the suggestion for waxing.I would further suggest you check on either electrolysis or laser treatments for permanent hair removal.
