Quickie in the Freezer

Recently I stayed after work to clean out the freezer. My Co-Worker returned 10 mintues later to pick up his wallet. He didn't notice me until he came back through the kitchen. He then asked if I wouldn't mind if he helped. I said no. We working for a mere 10 mintues when we started kissing.Then we ended up have a quickie. Is it normal to still feel guilt.
