im going to colledge for radiology can some one tell my what starting wage is and if its easy to get hired. any info on this please tell me. also ime going to century colledge in white bear minesota.

pay is middle of the road---not as much as RNs but more than say LPNs.To make more money go into nuclear medicine or one of the other specialized areas of radiology.


On the down side your around radiation all day taking xays.....regardless of what they say this cant be healthy.

You have to wear a badge to monitor your rad exposure and if you get too much you have to take days off but most techs will just keep the badge out of harms way so they dont go over their exposure level cause they cant afford to miss work-not good.
