randomly cold and sweaty hands and feet when gameing, normal?

whenever im sitting around or playing video games my hands and feet get freezing, like, cold to the touch, when im gaming they get sweaty (normal as far as i know )AND cold (isnt sweat supposed to mean heat?!)

throw me an opinion, is this normal??

Sounds abit like the flu. Most likely you're pretty unhealthy, I'm going to say over weight and you get abit excited during the game so sweat...which can be out of fear or excitement then your home may be chilly which makes the sweat cold.
