Rogue Hair ...
I'm a 20 y/o girl, and every few weeks or so this centimeter-long hair grows on the side of my chin.
It could be longer for all I know, I just keep plucking it!
It always shows up in the same follicle.
& grows ridiculously fast; pretty much overnight.

Yeah it's normal. Does another person in your family have hair like that as well? Just remember to pluck it each morning!

I got those on my wrists and one on my nipple, lol. But mine seem to take some time to grow..
