I went running the other day and before i knew it, i had explosive diarrhea. i mean, all over my legs. it was really emarrassing. should i go to the doctor?

its ok, u shouldnt be embarassed. fuck any1 who tries to make fun of that shit. I guess if it keeps happening to u u should go 2 the doctor...but otherwise, its just diarhea...its normal. drink a lot

Not if it is on one occasion, I'd say go to the doctor if you have a repeat experience soon after this one or have had this problem before. I doubt the running had anything to do with it, rather just a build up of gas that you couldn't control and the foods did not mix right. Many years ago when I was in school, I had a near similar experience while I was driving on the parkway, and got home just in time to reach the toilet. It never happened again to me, so I'd not worry about it at this point. It happens to athletes too. There's a boxer named Andrew Six Heads Lewis who quit in the middle of a fight because he had to run to the bathroom. He preferred to take a loss than to have the embarrassment that you had.
