I had several dreams several times each with only slight variations when I was younger. After doing weed for the first few times, there were a few months of weed and LSD-filled dreams. I was hooked by curiosity. After doing dramamine, there were a few months of terrible nightmares about horror, rejection, retardation, and overdosing.

Hey, Whoever said they dont think dreams mean anything is foolish, they are stirred up by your subconcious mind, they obviously have some meaning to you, and with reoccuring dreams, it usually only means that there is more meaning (or else you wouldnt keep having it). But, no one can decipher it except for yourself. Think about the person, what he may represent, and current problems you may be having in your life right now. Try and prolong the dream next time and figure out more instead of waking up at the same point everytime.

P.S. saint Joseph of the colors is the patron st. of dreams.

From what I hear, God does not usually take people who are ready to die. I've always considered myself a religious person, but the fact that the almighty would be trying to contact me through a dream just seems unbelievable. Would he be telling me to say my goodbyes and repent for the things I have done' If so, why does this not happen to others'

Have you ever thought about who that robed figure is supposed to represent' There is obviously some anxiety about getting near him, otherwise you wouldn't wake up in a frantic, disturbed state.

There was a man that wore a robe that stood on beaches with many people lining up just to hear him speak. His name was Jesus. He may be calling you to him. It's biblical that God uses recurring dreams to convey messages to His children.

This dream may be God trying to get to your heart. The anxiety might be you resisting Him in some way' Think about it. I wouldn't avoid the meaning of the dream or more intense dreams may follow.

I guess it's possible that it may be caused from abnormal breathing while sleeping or just from some disturbed memory I have, but to have the dream over and over in exact detail and I always remember it when I wake up. You have my thanks however, it's just good to hear that it's at least somewhat normal.

I think a repeating dream over such a long period of time is quite unusual and could be indicative of a physical problem.
The dream itself seems similar in some ways to the "light at the end of a tunnel" experience described by many NDE accounts, and an elevated pulse seems consistent with oxygen deprivation.
So I would be concerned about serious sleep apnea.
If you sleep with a partner, maybe they have noticed breathing interruptions. If not, maybe your doctor would like to set you up on a sleep study.

It's a dream. It is as significant or insignificant as you please. Try lucid dreaming. Learn to control your dreams and explore these dream characters fully. That is really the best answer you are going to get.

When i was in kindergarten, i had a dream of being inside a van and seeing my family with these cheesy, creepy smiles, and then the door would close and the car would start violently rolling backwards down a hill and then I'd wake up.

I'm pretty sure repeating dreams are normal, but i cant say if they mean anything because i dont believe in thta
