Seeing colours during a headache or while dizzy

First of all, it is not normal to get dizzy or get headaches all the time. You need to go see a doctor, there are many things that could be wrong with you. People often see a color dots when they get dizzy, so that part is normal. Please see a doctor! Good Luck.

dude it is normal. it happens to me though eccspecially when get up way to fast or when im dehydrated.

No, I don't get dizzy or headaches all the time, this is only sometimes when I'm dizzy, and the things I see are hazes more than coloured dots.

That's happened to me a few times. I usually see a green haze. It's really messed up! Usually lasts for about 30 mins or so. The first time really freaked me out. Hasn't happened in a while, thank goodness. But no, I wouldn't say it's normal.

maybe you are sitting in too much light

It's a perfectly normal to get a spot of colour that starts off small and gets bigger like a haze over your vision, but it is usually immediately before you get a headache instead of while you actually have a headache. If this happens it means your headache is a migraine and the colour is what they call a "migraine aura". I won't go into the medical explanation for what causes the migraine aura but it isn't anything for you to worry about - Google it if you want to read more about it.

I think it is normal ever once in a wile I get a headache and I cant see at all for a min.

You are having classic symptoms of a Migraine. These colors are called "Auras". You need to see a Neurologist. There are many effective non-narcotic treatments available.

um, i see colors just from spacing out. lol. duno wat ure prob is tho.
