Sexually attracted to my niece
She is 16 and we are close i see her a lot and we always play tennis because it is something we both enjoy but i can't help notice how attractive she is she likes me to give her foot rubs after she been in high heels this is a big problem because i have a foot fetish and when she lays on me when we are watching the TV i sometimes gently tickle her breasts and she has never stopped me and we kiss on the lips but i know we are both using the fact that we are family as a reason for kisses and long hugs she is 16 and legal now and i find myself losing a little bit of self control every time i see her i'm only 23 myself should i go for it

Go for it, but only if she wants to. This is normal. If you guys fall in love, then always use a condom, and look for help on cousin/niece related relationships. Have fun and enjoy yourself.
