Ok, so I have this friend, right? well sometimes she can be really annoying. She interupts my convo's with other friends, she pulls my hair, and worst of all, she licks her finger and then wipes it on me! I find this really descusting and I wish she would just stop! I tell her to stop but I think she thinks that I am kidding or somthing. She only does this in public. Is she trying to be noticed or somthing? because it is really starting to get on my nerves!

well it sounds like she is one of those girls who likes attention,which means you will have to talk to her a few times before she stops. don't tell her to stop in public when she is actually doing it because then she will think it is a game and just do it even more. get her when she is alone talk to her privetly and tell her it really bugs you when she does those kinda of things.
