Europeans use a bidet. I don't have one. I clean off my ass with the shower (hose, shower massage? what's it called?) sometimes a lot of extra sh*t will come out, the warm water is very relaxing. sometimes it's just a little, like the size of fingernail clippings.

That's actually very interesting. I've never heard of that being done before. If it's relaxing why not. :)
