It's not easy for somebody to be with someone, get to know them, care deeply about them, and then just abandon them without returning their phonecalls. He is likely not interested in his Ex the way he is interested in you, but he still cares about her as a friend and doesn't want to ignore her. You have to learn to cope with that. If you don't trust him, then break up with him. Its as simple as that. If the ex has tried to break you up well that means she likes him still so if I was you I wouldn't want him around her but if you trust he's not doing anything with her stay with him if you doubt it leave him.

I am really close to my ex and talk to him about my probs, but i make sure to be careful and make sure my current bf is ok with everything. As long as he doesn't want her, then its ok. You need to tell him though if he is gonna leave you for that bitch to do it now rather than later

I'm currently in the situation of being the EX... a relationship like that is 'normal' - there will be many exes who stay friends but I don't think it's healthy for you. Especially if you're doubting him and feeling uncomfortable and that she's tried to break up your relationship before. She obviously still has feelings for him and he's feeding off that.

If he hesistates to tell you anything you want to know about what they talk about now etc then you should reconcider because you are meant to be he's girlfriends so he should tell you just about everything if it could ruin you're relationship
