Should my stepdad touch me like this?

My dad died when I was 2 years old and my mom finally remarried 8 months ago. My new stepdad moved in and he's really really nice. Well, whenever we're watching tv together on the couch or something he likes to rub my thighs. I didn't really think anything of it because it just seems like a loving gesture. But now his hand always goes further up to my crotch and he touches it lightly. If I close my legs he acts insulted and says that he only does it as affection, nothing sexual. And sometimes when I sleep late he'll wake me by rubbing and gently squeezing my breasts. I've asked him why he touches me like this and he insists that its just fatherly affection, and he's unbelievalby convincing! I'm afraid to tell my mom because I know she won't believe me. She's blinded by love I guess. What should I do, and is this normal for stepdads?

That is so not normal! Well, maybe it is in the scense that it happens all the time... but it shouldn't!!!! U should tell ur Mom. Yeah, she may not believe you but let her know that you're not lying and that you're telling her this because you're concerned and you don't know what to do. Let her know you aren't doing this because you recent him or you mom for marrying each other but your not comfortable with the fact that ur new step father is a freaking PERV! WT-F******F Robert B you are just like her step dad. Just when I think statutory laws are f****d simply because there are girls out ther underage that know what they want and are manipulaters, and use the law to be little c*nts, I hear of someone who is cofused and doesn't want it and some sick f**k want's to take advantage of her, it makes me glad there are such laws. My advice to you is to tell your mom, if she does'nt believe you maybe you can save some allowence to buy a camera and secretly video him, make a copy of it in case your mom is too f*****d to do anything about it, and takes it from you. In this case take the other copy to an authority.
My heart goes out to you and I'm sorry you have to risk your relationship with your mother, you don't deserve this.

If he hasn't hurt you, then I would just ask him to stop insted of calling the police.
But if he has, or ever does, phone 911 IMMEDIATELY!

If you enjoy this relationship with him well thats fine, however I think thats f**ked up because he is lying to you he is getting off and I think your not that dumb to not get that. The problem here is he is doing it behind your moms back. Plus how old are you. You should defiantly tell your mother don't be scared speak up if you don't want it. Tell him NO if you don't like it.

My advice is that if he does have sex with you, don't make it rape. Your best bet is to enjoy it. That way, you (might (how old are you?)) have a nice time, and he'll love it. You'll both win. If you decide to prevent him from doing it, he'll feel mega guilty and you might be scarred for life.
