My cousin Cindy hated a guy in her class. That guy was sick minded. One day when my Cindy didn't notice, he stuck his hand up my cousins dress!! He touched her leg for fun. She noticed and she slapped that persons hand.

Your cousin Cindy hated him before he put his hand up his dress. Why did she hate him?

Even if her hatred was uncalled for, she should have reported him for putting his hand up her dress. A grown man might be put in prison for doing something like that.
