Okay, im 18 and i have a younger sister who is 17. Ever since i was 16 and shewas thirteen i wanted to sleeep with her, but i always took control of my feelings. There was also this time when we were little we were playing a game and we made out, but we didnt know wat it meant back then. But here lately my urges have become stronger, its gotten so bad to were i cant even be around her anymore. Im scared ill flip out. look at the first two lines of your story. i think the real question you should be asking yourself is how your sister managed to get from 13 to 17 in 2 years.

i doubt it, but on the very, VERY off-chance that this story is true, don't tell her, you'll ruin your relationship with her and she'll never see you the same way again. better to just avoid her as much as possible until you can control your urges.

I understand how you feel cuz I'm the same and Ithink were not alone. The first thing I'd tell you is think of other people. As it seems you cant, then have a therapy bout it. It really helps, at least for a short time. And there's no madness about this, I've heard far worse.
