"Ķslendingur" is a good indication he's from Iceland.

^ I agree that it probably has Iceland in it, but the poster could just as eaily be saying he hates it more than anything in the world. I know that it isn't Norwegian. A couple of the words have a meaning in Hungarian.

I did find an Icelandic translation site, and got this:
I is Lcelander and is snuggle up to knock about river ;fn) oversea sķšu speaking my not language. for all that I viti snuggle up to fęstir understand ;fn). Is there ešlilegt?
This could mean a variety of things: there were typos, it's not Icelandic, the verb tenses screwed up the translator, the translator is not very good, etc.
