My friend lives in Ireland, and I live in the States, but I travel to Europe often for work. We’re both dudes. Sometimes when I’m overseas, he flies out to hang out with me. Since my company pays for a hotel, he just stays with me. However, sometimes the rooms only have one bed and we share it. Is that normal?”

I don't see anything wrong with two friends, male or female, sharing a bed. It doesn't make you homosexual.
