slow freaking computer,hackin mad!

I have a windows xp, it's so slow that i want to cut the cords with a knife, throw it out the window and set it fire! I'm suprised that this page loaded. One time I waited a few minutes just so 'g' can load. When I turn my computer on the first thing I see is my "spyware detected" wallpaper. It makes me so hackin mad! (yes I watch fred which can take an hour to load) I won't be suprised if a 100 people hacked my computer.
