sometimes that happens to me too. it's totally normal. the brain is like a big computer and just like any other computer it has glitches from time to time. no worries about that
the heavy noise could be (and DO NOT freak out), extraterrestrials taking samples of you, and/or studying you. this is also very normal, especially in the last years because of a raise in consciousness the earth is going through.
