Go to a doctor. I once had the same white fluid dripping non-stop from my penis and a burning sensation but fortunately it was not a STD. Rather, it was an infection. I had to take Cipro 500 and go to the hospital emergency room to get an injection. The dripping stopped within a day of taking the Cipro and all was fine soon after.

And, you have to tell your girlfriend if you have a problem like this. But you do not have to share your homosexual encounters unless you certain you acquired it from that. To do otherwise and withhold a disease from her would be horrible.
