Well obviously you can do whatever you want but it comes down to getting caught. If you both can keep it a secret that you take to your grave, then you can pull it off.
We still live in a very barbaric age and people will not understand it at all. They will prefer to judge, label and punish, rather than appreciate and respect your love for one another.
I really don't think it's anyone business what two consenting adults do together as long as no one is being harmed, even if they happen to be related.
I'm in a similar situation and all I can say is that the love she and I have for each other is like nothing I've experienced with any other woman.
She's quite attractive as well and I feel very lucky that she's crazy about me. It's difficult for us to be together but we'll make it happen I'm sure-love always finds a way. :)
