I'm pretty pale, although usually my face is red. I try to lay out in the summer atleast 5 or 6 times or more, so I don't look like an albino during the winter. Unfortunately this year I haven't been able to lay out in my backyard, because we have so many bees, and I'm really scared of them.
Anyways I was wondering does anybody know of anyone who has trouble laying out in the sun? I can't stand laying on the beach, all I will do is just stay in the water, because of the intense heat. I hate being outside during the summer, and If I lay out in the backyard I get so aggravated that I litterally throw a temper tantrum because I can't stand it, and I want a tan. I try spraying water, and dumping water all over me constantly, but it just doesn't work. While I'm laying in the scorching sun, my heart races, I can feel my pulse throbbing in every corner of my body. Sometimes I even vomit if I stay out too long. I wonder if I have something wrong with me, because I have heard of disorders where people get sick and weak when in the sun for awhile. Does anybody think this is normal?

Hello there, I am Dr. James Matthew--You may have heard of me-- I ready your IIN story and you seem to have all of the symptoms of a large, engorged vagina
Go to a tanning spa and buy the special lotion they sell for use in their beds. It runs $40 to $70 a bottle. It is NOT a sun BLOCK - rather the opposite - a tanning ACCELERANT.
If you lay out for half hour, it is like being there maybe hour and a half. Get the idea? That
will allow you to cut the time. Don't stay out longer than an hour, or you will burn with this stuff, you mentioned your complexion was fair.
I just wanted to say that it is really hard for me to be outside in the heat as well. :] I get hot very easily, and I burn in about 8 minutes. The sun really makes me feel irritable, exhausted, burnt, and just unhappy. I enjoy a pretty day as much as the next girl, but I prefer to take mine in from the shade.
Also, I don't think that there is anything wrong with being pale. :] It's just as pretty as any other skin tone, and if that's how you naturally are... well, then... I don't see the problem! Plus, if you are a pale person, that means that you are by default more likely to get skin cancer. I don't care what anyone says, I don't care if you have a tan, I don't care if you know a million people who use tanning beds and are totally fine... you still have skin damage that you just cannot see.
Even if you wear sun screen, you need to limit your time in the sun. Have any freckles? Moles? Those are sun damage. You were not born with them. All sun damage.
I know I sound paranoid, but that may be because I have relatives who have died from melanoma, and both my mom and dad have had various run-ins with skin cancer.
I'm careful about the sun- this is no joke.
And I say again, pale skin is pretty. :] Creamy and bright and delicate. Everyone is beautiful. Tans are not necessary.
